I spoke to the staff at David Millar Real Estate and heard or had no feedback for several weeks. However and to my surprise and delight five weeks later I was called and they had a property fullfilling 9/10 of my requirements. Just over 1 month later, my husband and I occupied the property. Perchance I listed with a smaller, established agency and to my surprise they were quite upfront to deal with. Unlike their competitors they placed a realistic price, less than one agency but in a range we were happy with. It took six weeks but we attained a contract of sale with few conditions. I would deal with this agency again.
Great no fuss down to earth agency that does what it says.
Winter unit sales are generally slower but the young chap from David Millar did what he said. Weekly opens, reports and contacted it’s neighbours.
No fuss, straight forward facts and action and from my point of view, a sale in 36 days.
Keeping in touch as a prospective buyer was important to me, some agents did not even bother to call me back, the Millar staff did not overdo feedback but listened and called the right properties cam up.
Right place right time does not summarise how David Millar sold our home, they simply did as they said and it worked. Thanks very much to the office.
