David Millar – Principal

I am the owner and licensee of David Millar Real Estate Caloundra.

I previously managed a franchise office in the area since 1990 and have always been an active and hands on, salesman.

I have been associated with development and building on the Sunshine Coast and Caloundra area since 1977.

The background that I have allows me to offer to both buyers and sellers a comprehensive knowledge of property in this area, and an experience second to none in marketing.

Some of the knowledge I have gained has been associated closely with the marketing and dispersal of the Australian Paper Mills Forestry lands in the Caboolture region in the early 80’s, to the purchasing of land for Iezzi Constructions, the then largest private builder supplying housing and land packages for public housing in the mid to late 80’s, plus the sale of frontage land at Mooloolaba, the current Peninsular project, for in excess of $5,000,000.

I have resided in Caloundra since 1988 and co-ordinated and marketed residential estates such as Beau Vista and Glasshouse Views, as well as resort and unit complexes including; The Oasis, Sanderling, Kingston Mews, The Retreat, Seychelles, Jacqueline, Kingston Manor, Riviere Sands, Anchors Away, Kings Row, Ocean Gate, Pandanus Shores, Kingston Shores, Tripcony Quays and Sandy Shores.
